Dr. Deedra Pennington is a 2013 Graduate of Life University College of Chiropractic.
Dr. Deedra specializes in Atlas Orthogonal Chiropractic and holds her BCAO (Board Certification of Atlas Orthogonal) under the supervision of Dr. Roy W. Sweat, of the Sweat Institute in Atlanta, Ga. The Atlas Orthogonal technique is a gentle, effective approach to renewed health and relief of discomfort without manipulation. Specializing in chiropractic with a focus on pregnant women and children, Dr. Deedra is Webster's Certified under supervision of Dr. Jennie Ohm and is currently earning her International Chiropractic Pediatric Association certification to enable her to provide optimum care for infants and children. Dr. Deedra is also trained with Activator Methods under developer Dr. Arlin Fuhr. AM is a gentle yet effective chiropractic technique that addresses the needs of all ages with gentle research-based Chiropractic. Prior to achieving her Doctorate of Chiropractic, Dr. Deedra worked as a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 17 years while she trained under John D. Upledger in CranioSacral Therapy for both Adults and Pediatrics, John F. Barnes with Myofascial Release Methods and Stuart Taws in Soft Tissue Release through British Sports Therapy. Dr. Deedra is pleased to continue her love of helping others through gentle specific Chiropractic, Massage, CranioSacral Therapy and improved Nutrition. |
